The SIOG Nursing & Allied Health webinar on Inclusion of older patients with cancer in clinical trials: remaining barriers and future directions will be held on October 4 at 10:00am Toronto time/4:00pm Geneva time.

Presenters:

Dr. Florence Canouï-Poitrine is Professor of public health at the University Paris Est Créteil and the Henri Mondor hospital. She is the deputy director of the research team CEpiA, for clinical epidemiology and ageing. Florence has been working on subjects including cancer care and treatment, health and care issues surrounding older patients with cancer and health issues in covid patients.

Dr. Meoïn Hagège is a social scientist at the University Paris Est Créteil, in the CEpiA research team, for clinical epidemiology and ageing. Meoïn teaches social science of health and medicine and qualitative methods in health research. Her research focuses on the health and care issues of vulnerable populations, including social inequalities in cancer in the French overseas, health and gender violence, and HIV and hepatitis C care in French inmates.
